The Opportunity

Health eCareers, a property of Everyday Health Group, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to create, implement, and track marketing programs that support partnerships, partner events, and partner business development.  This role reports to the Director of B2B Marketing and is an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for managing multiple campaigns across marketing channels, testing new strategies, working with the Partners team, and helping Health eCareers advance its position as the leading career resource for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integrated marketing strategy and execution of virtual and in-person partner career fairs and other events.

  • Lead all marketing efforts that support our critically important associations and other partners to drive new partner acquisition, growth, engagement, and retention.

  • Manage execution of marketing campaigns including, but not limited too, email, search, social, display, and partner enablement.

  • Work with Marketing Director and Email Operations team to execute and optimize email marketing strategies to increase partner career center engagement and job seeker users.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and other internal teams as needed in order to achieve key objectives.

  • Evaluate marketing channels, campaigns, and tactics through thoughtful data analysis and use insights to focus efforts on activities that drive results.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4 years or more experience in partner or B2B marketing or related area

  • Experience working in event marketing and with sales teams

  • Experience writing marketing copy

  • Experience using Google Analytics

  • Highly analytical and data-driven

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot Marketing Automation platform (or equivalent)

  • Experience in healthcare marketing a plus
