Our mission at VoucherCodes is to save our customers money and time by being the UK’s most trusted and rewarding shopping service. With over 15,000 five-star reviews, VoucherCodes is the UK's biggest voucher site. Partnered with brands like adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Travelodge and Domino’s Pizza, we receive over 8 million visits per month. We’re currently looking for a Director of Loyalty & Engagement to establish and lead the strategy in this area.
With a truly customer centric approach, this new role will drive engagement improvements across all platforms, grow our active users and nurture customer loyalty to drive overall business results. What we need from you
  • Significant experience in both CRM & Loyalty programme management, ideally within an ecommerce environment
  • Strong track record of designing and executing customer engagement strategies across multiple products
  • Customer-centric approach with aptitude and passion for all things customer and data 
  • Results oriented with strong commercial awareness 
  • Strong leadership experience with ability to coach team members with different levels of experience
  • Excellent collaboration skills across all functions in the business 
  • Experience working on consumer facing digital products 
  • Stakeholder management; confident influencer
  • Experience with developing personalisation strategy
  • Proven results in automation  
  • Experience in marketplace/affiliate industry would be advantageous 
 
What you’ll be doing

Marketing Channels & programme:
  • Designing, leading and executing the overall CRM, loyalty and engagement strategy to deliver results 
  • Owning the value proposition and messaging strategy at all stages of our customer journey
  • Leading and evolving Email, App push and Site notifications + VIP programme 
  • Collaborating with the wider business to ensure all engagement touchpoints are considered
  • Leading the CRM/Loyalty team across broadcast comms, lifecycle and automated communications
  • Managing relationship with ESP (Braze)
  • Tracking performance against key loyalty KPIs, understanding when to pivot or optimize based on results to targets.

Cross functional responsibility:
  • Co-owning Data & personalisation strategy
  • Involvement in Rewards strategy to review Rewards proposition and how all loyalty initiatives work with each other
  • Defining and shaping AB test roadmap
  • Co-owning app customer growth strategy

Team responsibility:
  • Leading and developing a small team
  • Driving automation to ensure the team can focus on value-add projects
  • Establishing accountability & smooth cross functional processes within team and key stakeholders

Join us at our bright, spacious open-plan office. Situated in the heart of London, we occupy all three floors of Yeoman House in Clerkenwell. You will also have flexibility to get that perfect work/life balance by working some days remotely if you wish.
