We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will focus on supporting our development roadmap efforts on Emma’s Diary and Babycentre UK whose vision is to provide guidance, reassurance, information and product advice throughout the parenthood journey.

The Role
 
Reporting to the Head of Development and Production, and working across our digital and marketing teams, you will act as 1st line response, taking internal digital development and support requests and triaging them with our third-party development partners as required. You will also support the Head of Development and Production with delivering our development roadmap.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources in line with project plans to meet project requirements and key milestones
  • Organise (and at times) lead project status calls with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Communicate the project's status to team members and other stakeholders and contribute to project wrap up meetings by analysing objectives v results
  • Undertake regular user acceptance testing across key development releases
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholder’s 3rd party technology suppliers
  • Manage the consumer facing technical inbox to help troubleshoot and resolve website and mobile app issues
  • Help to resolve internal stakeholder software platform issues & queries with third-party development teams
  • Regularly review and respond to mobile app reviews, and monitoring of app uninstalls
  • Support the digital and marketing teams with coordinating ecommerce specific tasks
  • Manage project time reporting and issue supplier PO's
  • Support with channel and funnel performance analysis and optimisation
  • Undertake desk research when required
  • Provide holiday cover for digital team member tasks where required
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a digital/marketing team
  • Experience in undertaking user-acceptance-testing
  • Good working knowledge of how to use and set-up Gant charts and use of JIRA or similar project management tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a fast-moving environment
  • Good team player mentality with a proactive attitude
  • A demonstrable ability to work within defined processes
  • A keen attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time
