Description

Responsibilities:

- Support the Bid Team in the implementation of the bid strategy throughout the bid process. 

- Development of comprehensive and tailored written responses using content from prior submissions and knowledge base. 

- Active engagement and communication with all relevant stakeholders involved in the bid development process to ensure adherence to all agreed processes. 

- Maintain a consistently high standard of bid submissions. 

- Planning and prioritising bid submissions. 

- Ensure adherence to the BD process from pre-planning to kick-off to review to submission. 

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Relevant experience or degree in writing and / or communications (desirable) 
• Solid writing / editing skills 
• Experience in content creation and storytelling (desirable) 
• Experience in FM sector or similar is advantageous however not essential 
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task under tight deadlines 
• Proficient experience in MSOffice Word, Powerpoint, Excel 
• Experience in Adobe inDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (desirable) 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-discipline team
