Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and verify declared information, including financial, employment and residential, against provided documents to determine validity and accuracy
  • Verify identification documents
  • Engage with brokers and applicants via phone and email to request outstanding documentation and information where required
  • Engage with employers to verify employment and income information where required
  • Ensure that all internal policies are adhered to
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed
  • Ensure each application complies with responsible lending obligations and AML/CTF requirements
  • Identify and escalate suspicious applications
  • Analyse direct debit and disbursement details
  • Accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & BEHAVIOURS
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound working knowledge of consumer lending regulatory and compliance requirements preferred
  • The ability to build relationships and coordinate with internal and external customers
  • Ability to build rapport with brokers and introducers
  • Highly organised and adaptable to change
  • Ability to work autonomously
