Duties & Responsibilities

Basic Function

Skilled in storytelling, branding, and a strategic thinker to create and solve visual communication opportunities that brings brands to life. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast paced deadline- driven environment, have a strong visual eye, impeccable design detail, and excellent typography skills.

Specific Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce custom graphics and provide production files to vendors
  • Design custom apparel graphics specific to client request while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Create product renders and Illustrations to client specification
  • Responsible for ensuring execution of all phases of design project needed for project completion
  • Produce effective designs across multiple media channels
  • Collaborate with creative leads for aligned creative vision and BDA goal consistency
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and vendors to ensure the level of service and quality always exceed expectation.

Successful Junior Graphic Designer Candidates have:

  • Advance knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent typography skills and graphic design experience
  • Must have technical and creative skills to deliver finished products that meets branding goals
  • Ability to understand and adhere to clients’ brand guidelines
  • Ability to thrive under fast-paced deadlines with a solid sense for setting priorities
  • Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy and professionalism
  • Keen eye for detail, with exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent design experience
  • 2-5 years graphic design industry experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating creativity and skill relative to experience
  • **Must have night shift experience
