MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise and Train Accounts Payable staff in Manila.
  • Overlook all fortnightly and monthly and pay other supplier reconciliation, and help with reconciliation.
  • Processing Daily Bank reconciliation, receipts in absence of Bank reconciliation officer.
  • Processing the entire supplier’s invoice on time.
  • Raising purchase order as required for invoices.
  • Reconciling supplier’s statements.
  • Preparing and processing supplier’s payment daily, fortnightly, and monthly.
  • Coordinating with all department with flow of invoices in time and correct approval.
  • Work toward going paperless policy company working toward.
  • Handling all the supplier’s queries, contractors, and accounts staff queries.
  • Assisting Financial Controller with Task given to you time to time.
  • Any other duties, as required
  • Other tasks as directed by Financial Controller
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: 
  • Business Certificate
  • Police clearance

  • Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, problem solving, and the ability to communicate effectively as a representative of the team
  • Exceptional leadership ability with a combination of focused determination and excellent interpersonal skills in fostering teamwork and addressing challenges
  • Understanding of the Auto Industry and or Retail Industry 
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with team members across the organization at all levels 
  • Time management skills with the ability to set individual and team priorities, coordinate and manage concurrent tasks, plan, and organise tasks and set work schedules to ensure objectives are met within agreed timeframes.
