Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITES
 
• Create campaign imageries as listed in the Campaign Kit in various specs for all channels (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 720x1080, 1080x1500,1200x628 & etc)
• Create campaign digital ads as briefed in Asana using the templates provided for all markets.
• Create website homepage & category page assets using new images as briefed for desktop & mobile.
• Edit and format master video assets for platform and duration across organic social, paid social, eDM, YouTube and website with various Sale name & CTA format for all countries.
• Reversion video assets as needed with supers and CTA.
• Edit new versions of master video assets combining select cuts as briefed.
• Assist with media management of video files, rushes and master assets.
• Generate AI voice over for motion assets as briefed.
• Develop product M-Cards following the template as briefed.
• Using templates, create the POS for all campaigns (x8 per year).
 
CAPABILITIES
• Formal qualification in Graphic or Industrial Design discipline
• Basic video editing skills with proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier.
• 3+ years Graphic Design experience in either commerce or agency
• Experience in web marketing and web design
• Deep knowledge of web design processes
• Experience designing e-Commerce websites or advertising
• Intermediate to Advanced level in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, web design and development principles
• Retail background with experience ideally in premium product
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of products, and the industry
• Understanding of industry trends and ability to interpret for marketing activities
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to deliver strong creative ideas in response to the brief and within design guidelines
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into engaging designs with high visual impact
• Experience with all aspects of design for printed publications to digital media
• Strong knowledge of print and electronic production processes, pre-press and file formats
• Web design / understanding of CSS/HTML / adoption of user centric design principles
