Purpose of the Position
The purpose of this role will play a critical role in ensuring that Danny Met Sally meets NDIS compliance requirements and standards. This includes monitoring and evaluating compliance with regulations, identifying risks, and escalating strategies to mitigate non-compliance. The role involves working closely with various internal stakeholders to maintain a high standard of service delivery within the NDIS framework.

Daily Tasks
- Ensure all compliance requirements are strictly adhered to when onboarding new candidates
- Assist in the turnaround time and administration for onboarding including obtaining compliance documents, completing all required checks VEVO,
- NDIS Screening, Police Check etc
- Conduct internal monthly audits and assessments to identify compliance risks
- Report on compliance with recommendation strategies
- Investigate departmental compliance issues and develop corrective action plans
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, laws, and standards
- Ensure quality control processes and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - driving corrective action where needed.
- Ability to identify and address potential compliance issues before they escalate.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the SharePoint environment, including site collections, sub-sites, lists, libraries, and content.
- Fulfil other administrative duties as required by management and other
- departments as requested or required.

Role Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role highly regarded
- Knowledge of NDIS regulations and standards is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of systems and programs
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Knowledge of office admin support, systems and procedures
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face
- High level attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Act with honesty and integrity in all dealings
