Purpose of the Position

The purpose of this role will play a critical role in ensuring that Danny Met Sally meets NDIS compliance requirements and standards. This includes monitoring and evaluating compliance with regulations, identifying risks, and escalating strategies to mitigate non-compliance. The role involves working closely with various internal stakeholders to maintain a high standard of service delivery within the NDIS framework.

Daily Tasks

  • Ensure all compliance requirements are strictly adhered to when onboarding new candidates
  • Assist in the turnaround time and administration for onboarding including obtaining compliance documents, completing all required checks VEVO,
  • NDIS Screening, Police Check etc
  • Conduct internal monthly audits and assessments to identify compliance risks
  • Report on compliance with recommendation strategies
  • Investigate departmental compliance issues and develop corrective action plans
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, laws, and standards
  • Ensure quality control processes and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - driving corrective action where needed.
  • Ability to identify and address potential compliance issues before they escalate.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the SharePoint environment, including site collections, sub-sites, lists, libraries, and content.
  • Fulfil other administrative duties as required by management and other 
  • departments as requested or required.

Role Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role highly regarded
  • Knowledge of NDIS regulations and standards is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of systems and programs
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of office admin support, systems and procedures
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face
  • High level attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Act with honesty and integrity in all dealings
