Associate Product Manager

The Moz Group is seeking a self-driven, problem solver to discover and deliver solutions that delight customers across our portfolio of voice software brands: Line2, eVoice, and eReceptionist. As an Associate Product Manager & reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll collaborate with UX, engineering, and marketing across various stages of the product lifecycle.  You will need to employ a mindset of curiosity, leaning into customer context to identify, prioritize, and execute new opportunities to deliver on the product strategy.

Product Delivery

  • Support agile development team(s) by translating incremental product priorities into executable product requirements in the form of user stories.
  • Develop a shared understanding of features between product, engineering, and UX.
  • Within a defined scope, prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.

Product Discovery

  • Regular liaison with client stakeholders in order to identify areas for product improvement & optimization
  • Support the Director of Product with decomposing initiatives and epics into smaller pieces.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Product and UX to understand customer pain points, jobs to be done, and translate solutions into user stories.
  • Collate and disseminate insights from customer data to drive product planning.

Product Validation & Launch

  • Support Senior product manager to ensure successful adoption of features by users.
  • Monitor and collect data on user impact of features post-launch to validate product reach & impact.


  •     4+ years of program/product management experience in SaaS space
  •     Impeccable customer relationship management skills
  •     Extensive product lifecycle knowledge acquired through hands-on       experience releasing several, large-scale consumer internet products
  •     Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, & usability testing
  •     Experience & enthusiasm for information architecture, UX and product design
  •     Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, proactive and clear communications to a variety of audiences
  •     Analytical and comfortable sorting through data and using it to make data-driven decisions
  •     Knowledgeable in user engagement tools (e.g. Pendo; Fullstory).
