About The Role: 

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our internal platforms, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Admin Systems, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. This is an internal-facing role where many of your users are your co-workers. You will work with a team of smart fullstack developers to build the tools that are the backbone of the business and enable teams to accomplish their work. 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of software development processes. This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the evolution of critical systems that power our organization's digital presence and customer engagement strategies. 

What You’ll Do: 
  1. Product Strategy and Vision:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CMS, Admin Systems, and CRM tools.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Relentlessly reduce operational and system complexity.
    • Drive the organization to strategically smart decisions related to our internal systems
  2. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
    • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to elicit, prioritize, and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications and provide clear and comprehensive documentation for development teams.
  3. Project Management:
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for the development of CMS, Admin Systems, and CRM tools.
    • Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
    • Foster a culture of open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
  5. User Experience and Design:
    • Advocate for exceptional user experiences by working closely with design teams to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for CMS, Admin Systems, and CRM tools.
    • Develop intuitive, efficient, and scalable CMS UI & workflows, with a commitment to continual process improvement 
  6. Product Launch and Adoption:
    • Plan and execute product launches, including communication, training, and support materials to ensure successful adoption by internal users and customers.
    • Monitor post-launch performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  7. Technical Acumen:
    • Possess a deep understanding of technical concepts, architecture, and development processes to effectively communicate with engineering teams and make informed decisions.
    • Dedication to quality, and accuracy, with 100% accountability and willingness to become the subject matter expert on your products and tools.
Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS, admin systems, and CRM tools, including industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical and business challenges and drive innovative solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in software development or a technical role is a plus.
