The Opportunity

Castle Connolly Top Doctors is the healthcare industry’s leading doctor ratings and research company and a subsidiary of Everyday Health Group. Castle Connolly Top Doctors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Castle Connolly, supporting our Marketing & Sales teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and interested in contributing to a growing and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfillment of sales products, including print advertising and digital visibility products; responsibilities will include tracking available inventory, updating content, scheduling with clients, and working with creative designers
  • Provide reporting and segmented lists for sales, marketing and leadership teams
  • Maintain and update sales and email databases of healthcare providers, including doctors, hospitals and other medical professionals
  • Maintain and update internal and external documents and assets across all Castle Connolly teams
  • Assist with customer service and inbound inquiries from consumers, doctors, hospitals and publishing partners
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficient best practices

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years or more experience in operations or administration  
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management tools
  • Background in the healthcare industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
