The Opportunity

The Pregnancy and Parenting team is looking for a Creative Operations  Manager, Strategic Programs who will lead the end-to-end creative strategy and execution for the EHG P&P Clinical Research Recruiting business – i.e. digital patient recruitment campaigns on EHG P&P digital platforms (e.g. BabyCenter, What to Expect) on behalf of clinical research studies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
●    Lead all aspects of creative development including drafting creative briefs, uncovering patient insights, copywriting, managing copywriters and photos editors, evaluating creative
●    Responsible for managing localization and translation for ex-US campaigns
●    Shepherd creative through multiple rounds of internal and external review. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all sponsor and regulatory requirements.
●    Execute the creative strategy for every recruitment campaign – select creative for launch based on data and insights, optimize based on in-market performance
●    Responsible for analyzing creative performance and summarizing insights and recommendations for client reports
●    Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to recommend and test new creative approaches
●    Partner with the Research & Insights team to execute quantitative and qualitative research to uncover valuable insights to support our go-to-market strategy
●    Determine how best to resource creative development with internal and external resources and align recommendation with key stakeholders
●    Manage freelance and vendor resources including contracting, invoicing and billing.
●    Develop and execute annual trade marketing strategy to increase our awareness in the industry and convey our unique value proposition
●    Shape and evaluate new business opportunities in the creative development space – e.g. extend our services to include social media and paid search
●    Demonstrate passion and flexibility to contribute to the Business Development team’s responsibilities in multiple capacities as work streams evolve
Job Qualifications
●    Bachelor’s degree
●    3-5 years experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing and/or brand management
●    Must have experience developing creative/ communications strategy and evaluating creative pre and post launch through data and analytics
●    Experience executing digital media campaigns, evaluating performance and optimizing based on performance data
●    Experience working in the healthcare industry; bonus to have experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials
●    Experience copywriting in general and specifically in a regulated field like the health space, preferred
●    Experience localizing and translating creative for ex-US markets, preferred
    Experience utilizing a results-oriented and data-driven approach to meet goals
●    Strong business acumen and communication skills (written and verbal)
●    Analytical and data-driven; ability to distill data from many inputs to key points and make recommendations
●    Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and gain alignment with key stakeholders
●    Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
●    Strong organizational and prioritization skills 
●    Ability to think big-picture and also pay close attention to detail
●    High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
