With over 8 million members, VoucherCodes is one of the UK’s largest money saving websites. Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, Expedia and Pizza Express, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Operations Executive (12 month Fixed Term Contract) to work as part of our Sales Operations. 

Your role will sit within the Operations team, helping to maintain a high standard of promotional opportunities and provide support to the partners of VoucherCodes. As a Sales Operations Executive you’ll be responsible for adding and verifying the promotional opportunities and reward offers on as well as responding to a range of queries from our partners.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for B2B, and online advertising. You will be able to juggle a complex workload and work as part of a team but also enjoy working independently without supervision to get hands-on experience working on one of the UK’s most popular websites and contribute directly to its growth. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, number focused and has a great attention to detail. The ideal candidate would be free to start this 12 month fixed term contract asap, but we can be flexible if needed.

What we need from you

  • UK based 
  • At least 3 A Levels (grade C+) or experience commensurate to A Levels
  • A passion for online shopping and confidence using the internet
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a new CMS and other software
  • Experience working with data
  • A great eye for finding the best savings possible
  • A strong customer focus and a tenacious pursuit of business and team goals
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to carefully follow both instructions and house style rules
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks to a high standard
  • Ability to use initiative and analyse problems
  • Great communication and organisational skills with a friendly, positive and can-do manner

What you’ll be doing

  • Using our content management system, including:
    • adding promotional opportunities 
    • ensuring we are using accurate imageries
    • setting up offers (reward)
    • setting up partners
  • Frequently communicating with the Sales Operations, User Support and Partnerships teams to flag any issues with promotional opportunities, imageries, merchant pages and links
  • General administration support to the Sales Operations Team
  • Acting as a positive brand ambassador, helping partners onboard with VoucherCodes.
  • Responding to a range of partner queries and undertaking admin tasks
