What would you be doing:    

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with TA, HR, and wider teams to gain a deep understanding of our hiring needs and the unique value proposition we offer to employees. Leverage these insights to develop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy.
  • Brand Advocacy: Elevate our employer brand by showcasing our core values of transparency, respect, and collaboration. Create messaging that reflects our commitment to open communication, diversity and inclusion, and cross-functional teamwork, making our company a desirable place to work.
  • Social Media and Digital Channels Management: Utilize social media and other digital channels to promote our employer brand in Bulgaria and beyond. Develop content that highlights our workplace culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities to build engagement and attract potential candidates.
  • Out-of-Home (OOH) Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement innovative advertising campaigns using billboards, public transport, and other OOH marketing mediums to increase our visibility as a top employer in the market.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging, authentic content that resonates with our target audience, including success stories, employee testimonials, and behind-the-scenes looks at our company culture.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about employer branding trends and best practices, particularly within Bulgaria, to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI. 
  

What makes you a strong candidate:    

  • Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful branding campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies, with experience in managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to produce compelling content that tells a story and engages audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to gather insights and achieve common goals.
  • Experience in designing and executing OOH marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze data, measure campaign effectiveness, and adapt strategies based on insights.
