The Role:
 
As a Business Development Manager at ARRISE, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the iGaming industry. Your responsibilities will include using a consultative approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to meet business goals.
 
You will also represent the company at industry events, conduct product demonstrations, and contribute to market growth across various regions while staying updated on regulatory changes.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the iGaming sector, developing and nurturing senior management-level relationships to understand their business strategies and support their needs.
  • Consultative Sales: Identify and define customer requirements to sell new products in a consultative manner, leveraging your expertise in both current and future offerings.
  • Business Development: Use research, existing relationships, targeted contact, and formal introductions to identify new business opportunities and advance customers through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Create and manage the sales pipeline, coordinating with the Head of Business Development and internal teams to convert leads into customers.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop profitable commercial agreements based on business needs and customer requirements.
  • Progress Reporting: Report on the progress of each customer through the sales cycle to internal stakeholders.
  • Industry Representation: Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to represent ARRISE and promote our products.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations either remotely or face-to-face, and develop initiatives to secure new business.
  • Market Expansion: Grow markets in multiple jurisdictions, providing advice on products, marketing strategies, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in iGaming sales or account management, or a commercial B2C role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Financial Focus: Strong focus on numbers and financial performance, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Network: A broad network of C-level contacts in the European gaming or gambling sector.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products and related legislation.
  • Sales Strategy: Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies either regionally or globally.
