About the role

In this pivotal role, you’ll drive revenue and build long-lasting client relationships in the fast-paced Italian B2B market. With a deep understanding of the online gambling landscape and a passion for excellence, you’ll thrive in a demanding, rapidly evolving environment while upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Maximize Revenues: Develop sector expertise to gain a clear understanding of our clients' business drivers and requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster lasting relationships with key stakeholders through a consultative approach, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Industry Representation: Represent our company at industry events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Report KPIs and account status to leadership, playing a vital part in our organization's growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in account management and client relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Italian iGaming market and its dynamics.
  • Experience in the online gambling or related industries.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
