This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.

 

Purpose of the job

 

Maintaining an effective professional relationship with partner operators by monitoring the communication between our game presenters and players and providing assistance to players and operators in a preventive and reactive manner. The role collaborates and provides support for tour managers for the supervision, organization, and coordination of game operations in the studio, replacing their activity in case of their absence.

 

Responsibilities and experience

 

With a high attention to detail, proficient English level and enthusiastic customer support-oriented spirit, the role is to ensure players are being well looked after, with queries and complaints resolved swiftly and satisfactorily.

 

You will receive all technical and job training, including in how to check audio and video transmissions in real time, checking communication logs, creating required reports, how to handle player issues and much more in this varied position.
