Role Description:
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced individual to join our team as a Control Room Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and verifying operational activities within our live casino studios, ensuring that all games are conducted smoothly and in compliance with company quality standards consistently. You will handle real-time issues, support management, and stay fully informed about all company procedures, game rules, ongoing promotions, and strategic approaches to gameplay.
Responsibilities:
· Operational Oversight: Monitor and verify all studio activities according to the organizational standards, ensuring smooth operations. Ensure the studio environment and equipment are fully functional and meet operational standards
· Issue Management: Respond promptly to table calls, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruptions in gameplay.
· Standards Enforcement: Maintain and enforce the company's game standards during all live sessions.
· Incident Reporting: Log and report any operational incidents or discrepancies, ensuring accurate records.
· Management Assistance: Support CRO Specialists, Shift Managers, and team leaders with operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
· Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies to ensure compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
· Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the Casino LIVE/Online industry.
· Knowledge Proficiency: Understanding of games and procedures.
· Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office.
· Management Experience: Experience in a supervisory or management role is advantageous.

· Technical Background: Familiarity with live casino technology or control room systems.
· Higher Education: A higher degree or advanced education related to management, operations, or a relevant field.
