About The Role: 
The Process Master will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency across teams and project outcomes. The role will involve working alongside Team Leads and the Jira Administrator to capture and translates process requirements, creating structured workflows that enhance collaboration and ensure clarity on project milestones. The role will need to focus on driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and ensuring best practices across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department heads and leads to analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement, standardisation, or automation.
  • Work closely with the Jira Administrator to ensure that process flows are accurately implemented.
  • Lead the rollout of new or optimized processes across the team, ensuring each is well-documented, understood, and followed.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training sessions to support team adoption of workflows and tools, acting as a primary point of contact for process-related questions.
  • Adjust workflows based on insights gathered and emerging project needs, ensuring a dynamic, responsive approach to process management.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness. Providing regular updates and insights to leadership on process performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in process management, project coordination, ideally within the gaming, technology, industries.
  • Strong understanding of process design and flow documentation, with the ability to communicate complex processes in a clear, structured manner.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and convey process requirements to technical administrators.
