What will you be doing?   
  • Research potential vendors;
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers;
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery;
  • Review quality of purchased products;
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases;
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

 
What makes you a strong candidate:          
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills;
  • 2 to 3 years of previous experience in a Procurement or a similar role
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook and Excel);
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
