The Role:
As a Lead Studio Designer at ARRISE, you will be a crucial part of our design team, working closely with various departments to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of creativity and functionality. Your role involves leading design initiatives, managing timelines, and ensuring the seamless integration of design elements across all projects. You will also play a pivotal role in team development, project management, and the continual improvement of our design processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of studio designers and fulfill employee management responsibilities.
  • Work closely with the Studio design team making sure team goals are met.
  • Develop and implement timelines to achieve targets.
  • Work on planning and updates across management systems, sustain effective prioritization across all tasks.
  • Work on processes, guidelines documentation, and improvements.
  • Ensure departmental project delivery in a timely manner and according to the roadmap.
  • Participate in hiring, interviews, and onboarding for new designers in the team.
  • Outline design objectives and ensure they are met by designers.
  • Conceptualize and sketch design plans and elements.
  • Determine requirements in the procurement and budgeting phases.
  • Assist in sourcing materials and products included in projects.
  • Create conceptual designs to share the design directions.
  • Utilize computer applications in the design process.
  • Meet required timelines in delivering designs of all phases.
  • Cooperate with the production design team on the information needed.
  • Supervise and ensure design quality to be up to company standards.
  • Plan and improve studio design team skills and knowledge.
  • Explore different future improvements for studio design proposals.
  • Conduct training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Any other tasks as may be required by the company from time to time, which fall under the employee’s area of expertise.
  • Be fluent in English, communicative, agile, and precise.
Requirements:
  • Higher education - Bachelor's degree in Arts and/or Interior Design – as an advantage.
  • Experience in design projects.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, especially managing a team of designers.
  • Experience in iGaming industry.
  • Knowledge of software - 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corona Render.
  • Experience in Illustration, Animation, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
  • Adobe - After Effects, Premiere will be considered an advantage.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Creativity, problem-solving, passion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform within deadlines.
  • Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Good communication skills.
