Position Overview:
 
Are you passionate about creating impactful paid media campaigns that drive results? Do you have a knack for executing and managing diverse advertising strategies? If you have 1–2 years of experience in paid media, we want you to join our team!
 
How You Will Make an Impact:
 
As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing and managing campaigns across a variety of platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns for recruitment marketing, brand awareness, and product promotions across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube channels.
  • Collaborating with digital marketing agencies: briefing them on campaign objectives, monitoring their progress, inputting into optimization, and ensuring deliverables meet our quality standards.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and generating insights to help management optimize future strategies.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and recommending innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to align campaigns with brand objectives, recruitment goals, and marketing strategies.
 
What Will Make You The Perfect Candidate
  • Experienced: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a strong understanding of digital and offline advertising channels.
  • Results-Driven: You’re passionate about achieving measurable outcomes and have experience optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
