This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead HR and Operations projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with all business and regulatory mandates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring ongoing transparency and clarity of project goals and expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere across HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring cross-functional team cooperation.
  • Oversee project lifecycle, managing project teams within a matrix organizational structure.
  • Tailor project management methodologies to align with specific project scopes, mentoring teams on best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress meticulously, and report consistently to the management team.
  • Manage communication between cross-functional teams, facilitating regular meetings and enabling decision-making.
  • Design and implement pre-emptive risk mitigation tactics, addressing project issues proactively.
  • Keep informed of industry trends and workforce engagement strategies to maintain ARRISE's position as an employer of choice.
  • Evaluate the impact and benefits of HR and operational projects, ensuring continuous improvement.
 
Skills and Background: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience, with proven success in delivering recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Proficient knowledge of HR processes, with a background in a globally-operating, medium to large-scale enterprise.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including top-level executives.
  • Superior organizational and project time management expertise, with a talent for juggling multiple projects and meeting stringent deadlines.
  • Independent work style, able to prioritize tasks effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with the gaming sector is considered a competitive advantage.
