Position Summary:
 
As an Office Manager at ARRISE, you will ensure the smooth operation of our office environment, supporting efficient operations and facilitating communication between departments. You will handle administrative tasks, manage office resources, and contribute to a positive work culture, ensuring that the office environment supports productivity and collaboration.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling: Arrange meetings and appointments for team members.
  • Office Organization: Organize office layout, manage stationery and equipment orders, and maintain office conditions.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee contract negotiations, manage office vendor relationships, and handle service provider agreements.
  • Administrative Duties: Process incoming invoices, handle mail, and address office-related queries from employees.
  • Visitor Management: Greet visitors and manage office protocol.
  • Event Planning: Actively participate in planning and executing company events.
  • Inventory Management: Keep office stock up-to-date and manage the inventory of equipment and furniture.
  • Food Orders: Centralize food orders for employees, manage invoicing, and coordinate with restaurants.
  • Data Security: Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of office data.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with PC and office software.
