As an Account Manager Coordinator you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance across our brand's commercial activities. You will dive into a range of tasks, from maintaining test accounts to conducting site checks and ensuring marketing commitments are met. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in upholding our brand standards and maximizing our commercial potential.

Nestled in the heart of the United Arab Emirates, our company is committed to delivering highly effective HQ and management services to related foreign companies in the ARRISE Group to support the sales and technology teams. 

Responsibilities:
  • Test Account Management: Maintain test accounts across all brands, ensuring they are tested every 3 months to prevent disablement or removal.Aim to have test accounts for the top 10-30 brands on each platform, prioritizing those with the highest relevance.
  • Site Check: Conduct thorough site checks, including positioning of games, presence of the Pragmatic Play logo, and positioning of live elements. Verify thumbnail quality and ensure correct thumbnails are displayed, especially after updates. Review Jackpot Play implementation according to rules and guidelines. Ensure correct placement of sections, banners, and logos.
  • Marketing Commitments: Execute marketing commitments as outlined in contracts or internal agreements.Coordinate the setup of Chroma tables and network promos, adapting them to country-specific requirements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, focusing on RTP, min/max bet limits, and game releases. Review game releases within the first month to ensure timely implementation and avoid missing opportunities.
  • Italy Compliance Checks: Perform compliance checks for the Italian market, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.Verify that AAMS IDs are displayed in games, critical files are available, and cashier pop-ups function correctly. Confirm basic functionality, such as the lobby, is operational.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in the Italian market.
