What will you be doing:
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
  • Support the business by understanding job requirements and sourcing top talent;
  • Process invoices and maintain the invoice submission policy and procedures;
  • Administration of recruitment software for applicant tracking (Jobvite), providing technical aid and generating reports for the team;
  • Oversee the department email inbox, responding to candidate inquiries and directing their questions to the relevant team member;
  • Maintain and update reports, taking part in new dashboard creation and improvement of existing reports;
  • Post job listings and screen incoming resumes;
  • Schedule interviews for the Recruiters;
  • Conduct pre-screen phone interviews with candidates;
  • If needed, facilitate candidate assessments and background checks;
  • Manage candidate databases and keep records up to date;
  • Assist with developing sourcing strategies for attracting diverse talent;
  • Maintain effective communication with anyone involved in the recruitment throughout the hiring process.
What makes you a strong candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Psychology or a related field is a plus.
  • At least professional level of English and Serbian language is a must, any other knowledge of a language is a bonus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of iGaming industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
