Having gone through rapid growth through acquisition in relatively short period of time, Multi-Color’s Information Technology department is looking for resources to help implement standard practices and processes across IT.  As part of the IT Business Operations team, this business analyst role would help define and implement processes related to resource management, project management, financial management, procurement process, portfolio management and relationship management.

Responsibilities of the IT Business Operations IT Administrator:

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Capture meeting notes and document and follow up on meeting action items
Coordinate logistics for onsite and offsite meetings
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain electronic filing systems
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Code and route invoices
Create expense reports for CIO
Review submitted expense reports for CIO staff
Book Travel Accommodations
Help with any other miscellaneous tasks within the IT Organization

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a similar position
Must have a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and work with new technology
Applicant must have very good spoken English and excellent English documentation skills.
Applicants must be willing to work onsite at facility in Monterrey, Mexico
Must have excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and MS SharePoint
Must have a minimum of user-level experience with business systems, HR systems and financial systems
