Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Working with our Customer Service team you will be responsible for withholding a depth of knowledge of our products and customer’s and will manage our customer’s journey from Sales Representative through to the shipment of goods here at MCC. An exciting and immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our established team based at our Griffith plant. This permanent full-time role will consist of 38 hours per week from Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm. 
Duties include:  
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout our customers journey here at MCC.
  • Develop and remain committed to a thorough understanding of MCC’s products, services, policies, and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Completes non-compliance reports as required.
  • Handle numerous orders simultaneously and follow their pathway to different situations.
  • Collaborate across our internal teams to coordinate and support the customer journey and provide support for fellow colleagues during times of absence or peak periods.
  • Exhibits understanding and appreciation of opposing perspectives on issues and adapts a flexible approach as situations change.
 
About you 
  • Intermediate proficiency personal computer skills using the windows operating system.
  • Certificate III or higher in Administration, Customer Services, Sales or similar (not essential)
  • Ideally you will have experience in customer service within the manufacturing industry.
  • Can demonstrate an impeccable phone manner and ability to establish & maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excels in organisation & time management skills and is flexible & adaptable to changing workload.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other customer support tools (Radius preferred)
  • Experience with automation engine (AE) platforms such as Esko & MultiArtTM (not essential)
  • Full colour vision (no colour blindness).
