$21.00 an Hour Plus $1.25 an Hour Pay Differential
3rd Shift (10p-6a)
Multi-Color Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to enter the Press Operator Training Program. Hired candidates during their first year of employment who remain in good standing/ employed may receive progressive sign-on and retention bonuses as outlined in the incentive section below.
Schedule:
- Sunday through Thursday from 10p-6a (3rd shift)
Incentives:
- Sign-On Payout Schedule: $500 at 90 days of continuous employment
- Retention Payout Schedule: $500 at 6m / $500 at 1y with continuous employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience operating various mechanical machines in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
- Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide to figure label counts and conversions. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to use simple Windows-based applications.
- The physical demands require standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
- This position requires frequent walking.
- Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete the Training Program required to run a Flexographic Press
- Upon completion of training, meet the production standards of the position.
