We are seeking to appoint a proactive and focused Key Account Manager for our Norway region     
      
The Role     
      
In this exciting and varied role, you will:     
  • take responsibility for managing large sales accounts with prominent and well-known leading FMCG customers.
  • be aggressive and unafraid of hunting new business within the area, thinking ‘outside-of-the-box’ to maximize sales in new and existing markets.
  • have the foresight, industry knowledge and market awareness to construct a robust, and ambitious market plan, and develop a strategy map to execute and gain additional sales and market share.
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Customer Services, Planning, Production Operations etc. to ensure good communications and a streamlined process in ensuring the customers’ expectations are met in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
The Person     
      
To succeed in this role you will have:     
  • Considerable previous sales experience with account management of medium-to-large high-profile accounts gained within the broader packaging industry.
  • Previous experience of hunting and developing sales in both existing and new markets.
  • knowledge of market plans and sales strategies in order to develop a road map to success.
  • first-class communication skills, able to build strong and lasting relationships, as well as being able to convey a compelling vision, persuade and, of course, close a sale effectively.
  • the ability to converse in both written and verbal Norwegian and English.

To apply for this role you must already have the right to live and work in Norway and have the ability to travel unrestricted both within Europe.  Visa sponsorship is not provided.  You must be willing to undertake frequent travel within both Norway and, if required, the wider Scandinavia region.
