In France, MCC has 3 production sites serving his segment Food & Beverage, 2 in the immediate surroundings of Nantes and 1 in Ablis, for approx. 200 HC. MCC has also 3 plants in Bordeaux and 1 in Lyon regions serving the Wine & Spirit segment.

MCC Nantes is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support and positively challenge our Food & Beverage business in a period of changes.
The Role :
Reporting to the HR Director Southern Europe - MENA, the HRBP Food & Beverage France will ensure all day-to-day HR duties, in line with the Group policies. This is substantial hands-on role, and a unique opportunity for HR professional to have a meaningful impact on our organization.
This role covers the whole HR spectrum, it will include, amongst other, the following activities:
  • Business Partner 
Consult to the plant management team members and the organization on human resources strategies and issues, including HR disciplines such as, employment/labor law, compensation and benefits issues. Lead the staff representative institutions and ensure a peaceful and constructive social climate.
  • Site Goals/Strategy 
As a member of the management team, assist the Plant Manager, in the development of the Strategic Plan, translating site goals and objectives into human resources strategic and operational business plans. 
 
  • Culture 
Lead the development of the site culture, including Values and CAPPI Principles. 
 
  • Team 
Contribute to the development of the HR department to be a high performing team capable of carrying out local/corporate initiatives. 
 
  • Performance Management 
Support the MCC Performance Program to drive business performance ensuring alignment of site objectives. 
 
  • Talent Development 
Developing robust training and development programs, utilizing MCC University and external resources to drive performance and actively build succession pipeline. 
 
 
  • HR Process & Governance 
Ensure compliance with the appropriate systems, processes and governance that are in place for matters such as discipline, grievance and recruitment, and actively contribute to their continuous improvement. Provide the sites with user friendly people stats that help them to manage their people resource more effectively. 
 
  • Org Design 
Support and manage the effective implementation of all agreed developments made to business structures i.e. mergers/acquisitions, restructures, ensuring that deadlines are met, that the change program is managed effectively and that the project objectives are met. 
 
  • Safety 
As a member of the management team of an industrial site, instill a culture focused on safe work environment. Ensure effective management of worker's compensation. 
  • Financial 
Provide input to and utilize budgeted resources to effectively manage human resources function.

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years' experience as an HR generalist (HRBP or HR manager), including a significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong English written & spoken a must.
  • Solid knowledge of French labor law, both individual and collective.
  • Position based in Nantes, with some occasional travels to other MCC locations.
