About the Role  
  
Working within our production team, you will be responsible for producing some highly technical print and embellished labels at a high volume. This is a great opportunity for a trade-qualified printer be part of a global organisation to upskill in modern equipment in the graphic design and printing industry.   
We’re looking for a trade Qualified Offset Printer to join our Griffith Print Team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced printer who appreciates working with a solid team of craftspeople.  
You will be required to accommodate a flexible schedule, covering rotating shifts across different time frames.  
  
Duties include:  
  
  • Operating print technology to complete client orders in accordance with our high level of customer service standards to achieve targets & timeframes.
  • Maintain machines with a strong safety focus
  • Check all components & report any maintenance requirements
  • Quality standard practices & maintaining quality assurance records
  • Training responsibilities & coordination of duties to Assistant Printers.
  
About You (criteria)  
 
  • Trade qualified (Certificate III in Print or similar)
  • Experience with Offset TCS, MO3, MO4, Lithographic (Litho), Nilpeter or Rotary (preferred) or will consider Flexographic (flexo) skills – or update with relevant experience desired or essential.
  • Experience with high embellished labels will be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Previous experience working in a printing/manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent quality control & high attention to detail
  • Solid work ethic with a high regard for safety
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Eligible Australian/New Zealand working rights.
