Position: Business Development Manager
 
Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the iGaming space, fostering strong relationships with senior management and aligning with their business strategies to support and monetize effectively.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand and define customer requirements to sell new products in a consultative manner, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Product Expertise: Act as a Product Expert for current and future offerings, confidently discussing and demonstrating our solutions to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and formal introductions. Guide customers through the sales cycle to conversion.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Create and manage a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with the Head of Business Development, coordinating with internal teams to convert leads into customers.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and propose profitable commercial arrangements based on business needs and customer requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the business on customer progress throughout the sales cycle.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences, conducting product demonstrations and developing strategies to secure new business.
  • Market Growth: Expand market presence in various jurisdictions, advising on products, marketing strategies, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in iGaming and sales, with a background in online B2B sales, account management, or commercial B2C roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Financial Focus: Numbers-driven with a strong emphasis on financial performance.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively to benefit the business.
  • Network: Extensive network of C-level contacts in the European gaming or gambling sector.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products, as well as relevant legislation.
  • Sales Strategy: Experience in creating and implementing regional or global sales strategies.
