Responsibilities
  • Supervise Building Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of all building systems and adjacent spaces.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work performed by subordinates, ensuring all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
  • Energy Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy efficiency and manage building sustainability.
  • Contract Management: Oversee, review, and conclude contracts; seek suppliers for services such as cleaning, catering, and HVAC.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers for cleaning, renovations, maintenance, and more.
  • Cost Management: Monitor expenses and optimize operational costs.
  • Resource Allocation: Structure resources and activities within the team or department; distribute responsibilities and tasks based on competencies and available resources.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments to understand and meet their needs; collaborate with management teams to align strategies and organizational objectives.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other activities within the company in accordance with your training and skills, as requested by the Head of Security, Safety & Facility.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Prior experience in successfully leading and managing teams and projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to handle a complex and varied workload.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
