Description
Metropolitan Animal Emergency Clinic (a Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner) is looking for the right candidate to join their team for a Customer Service Representative! The right candidate is a motivated team player with at least one year of customer service experience. (Vet ER is a plus) They must demonstrate strong communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Must be dedicated to promoting and fostering a positive, healthy work environment. As a CSR, you are the first and last point of contact for clients so it is imperative that you are informed, polite, and professional at all times.

Responsibilities
- Communicating via phone, email, and in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns
- Utilizing computer information systems to accurately enter client/patient information, update and maintain medical records
- Presenting clients with financial options and processing payments
- Ensuring the lobby, waiting room, and workspace are clean and organized
