Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital is hiring for a part-time Customer Service Representative in our small animal department!

 

Salary Range: Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $19 - $22/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Job Skills / Requirements:  

  • Experience as a receptionist required. 
  • Organization and tremendous attention to detail is a must. 
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and listening skills. 
  • Has professional and pleasant phone etiquette. 
  • Computer skills required.
  • Accurate accounting skills are a must. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities (judgment, logic, creativity, conflict resolution). 

Required licenses:

· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Veterinary Medication Clerk's license, overseen by the WA state Department of Health.
