COMPENSATION 
Salary Range: 
Assistant Transit Management Analyst I (TA): $65,954 - $78,079   
Assistant Transit Management Analyst II (TA): $76,577 - $85,288   
Associate Transit Management Analyst (TA): $86,565 - $112,083   
  
RESPONSIBILITIES:  
The duties of persons in these positions will be to, but are not limited to data entry associated with SMS production and post inspections, create reports associated with SMS, MP2 and other production associated with Overhaul Shops,  data entry for Facility Maintenance Program equipment inventory and creating  associated reports, monitor and create reports pertinent to safety and technical training conformance, data entry into PeopleSoft -analyzing data associated with technical training compliance recorded in PeopleSoft, create reports associated with compliance with AAR (Association of American Railroads) regulations, create PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, maintain confidential records/files in support of all aspects of Shop operations, compile Shop information to prepare Monthly Activity Reports, maintain personnel records, assist with timekeeping/payroll ATS audits.  
  
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : 
  
Assistant Transit Management Analyst I-II: 
A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area, and one year of full-time satisfactory professional experience in the collection, evaluation and use of data relating to operational procedures, administrative systems, equipment and space utilization, and staffing requirements, including the preparation of charts, graphs, drawings and technical reports; or 
  
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the areas listed in "1" above; and two years of full-time satisfactory experience as described in "1" above. 
  
Associate Transit Management Analyst: 
A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area, and two years of full-time satisfactory professional experience in the collection, evaluation and use of data relating to operational procedures, administrative systems, equipment and space utilization, and staffing requirements, including the preparation of charts, graphs, drawings and technical reports. One year of this experience must have been in the mass transportation industry; or 
  
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in one of the areas listed in "1" above; and three years of full-time satisfactory experience as described in "1" above. One year of this experience must have been in the mass transportation industry. 
  
  
DESIRED SKILLS:
