Description

The Team Leader is a crucial part of the leadership team, working alongside a Lead Creator and Strategist operating across Poland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in performance digital/social and content and instinctively think digital before all other channels. As a leadership team you will be responsible for a 15+ person content studio of performance digital/social and content specialists and take the lead in guiding the client through what will be a transformative change in how they work with their agency partners to produce digital content for their markets.

·       Develop a thorough understanding of local business and the major factors and trends shaping their sector

  • Build an excellent rapport with all clients based upon trust/mutual understanding
  • Be the client’s first port of call for all issues and opportunities.
  • Foresee any client issues/questions or internal resourcing issues before they arise
  • Drive organic growth

 

Operational skills:

  • Strong financial skills with focus on driving strong income and margin performance
  • Ability to lead and liaise with other departments to set the Agency up for success on all projects

 

Driving from the front:

  • Manage Client Services team to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest standard
  • Grow and nurture direct reports providing coaching, guidance and inspiration

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Integrated marketing experience with a particular focus on performance, digital, social, content and CRM
  • Experience of social and digital comms essential
  • Must be forward thinking and embrace creative innovation in the digital space
  • Ability and proven track record of leading and building high performing teams
  • Must be persuasive and very articulate when it comes to directing or presenting, inspiring confidence and trust in colleagues and clients alike
  • Experience of another highly regulated sector such as Pharma or Alcohol would be helpful but not mandatory
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven confidence to negotiate with and influence peers and senior clients
  • Hold the position of trusted partner and advocate to clients, providing advice and guidance
  • Big picture thinking with strong attention to detail
