The Client

 

We have a range of exciting and diverse clients that sit within the newly established B12 that include Suntory, Tempur, Sofology, Muller Bayer and Springboard. Client allocation in your new role will depend on your skill set, background, experience and of course, your preference. 

 

The Role

 

A zealous, bright and self-motivated media planner to assist with the day-to-day management of the account, working closely with the Account Manager and Account Director to deliver creative, innovative and integrated campaigns across a range of channels. This includes ‘digital-first’ audience insight, competitive and market reviews and campaign performance analysis.

 

We want you to work with us on B12. This role will play an integral part on the account/s, supporting in the delivery of innovative campaigns across all media channels. You will work across the entire campaign lifecycle – planning, activation and evaluation  to develop their strategic planning and account management skills. In this role you will work on interesting and diverse briefs that require multi-channel planning, producing brilliant audience insight and source of growth work to deliver breakthrough campaigns for the FMCG industry. 

 

We are looking for a conscientious and inquisitive person to join our team for this exciting, blended role. You must be able to operate as part of a team and demonstrate a willingness to learn and try new things.

Who are you?

 

You are probing, collaborative and comfortable whether handling data or building creative ideas, and able to advise on all parts of the marcomms landscape (all paid, earned, and owned channels – current and future).

 

A data-first mindset: develop an understanding of digital, data, and marketing technology, and how we use them to drive growth for our clients.

 

You must be able to work within a team and demonstrate a passion for your craft. We are looking for someone who is always looking to further expand their knowledge of the communications landscape and the client’s business.

 

You will need to be comfortable presenting in front of stakeholders and confident when it comes to reporting, benchmarks and performance assessment, providing media recommendations to the client.

 

You will support and sometimes lead regular status meetings with the clients and ensure accuracy of the status sheet for the team.

 

We will give you the necessary guidance to develop your career and skills, but also the necessary autonomy for you to demonstrate proactivity and willingness to improve yourself, and your clients.
