Job Purpose:
The Paid Social Executive is responsible for contributing to the execution of paid social media activity. This involves building strong platform knowledge and developing supplier relationships to support flawless delivery of testing plans & media plans via analysis, optimisation and campaign management. The Paid Social Executive will develop their knowledge of different Biddable channels and platforms (as well as knowledge of reservation-based media buying) over time to achieve practitioner-level knowledge and skills across multiple channels, meaning flexible and adaptable working is at the core of this role.
What we need from you:
  • Supporting with campaign launches across all relevant channels
  • Effective management support of campaigns, including daily campaign pacing, optimisation, and campaign hygiene
  • Contribute to the testing plans of your clients and suggest new ideas for testing, including planning, executing & evaluating tests with methodical accuracy
  • Responsible for producing insightful reports, including data inputting and providing insightful commentary and recommendations for clients 
  • Ensuring platform accounts are compliant with our defined best practices, and also contributing to the ongoing evolution of our best practice
  • Publishing requests for proposals (RFPs) for relevant channels. This may involve either sending them to clients, or potential clients getting in touch with proposals 
  • Developing competencies across all Media Activation channels to attain a practitioner-level working knowledge of most areas within the first 12-18 months of the role
  • Interact effectively within your client team, and with the client & suppliers, receiving guidance as necessary to support your external communications work
  • Assist with internal data maintenance, issue identification and solution development that your team conducts

  • Diligent and attentive to detail, able to listen, learn, and put into practice • Computer literate with good skills in all basic Office programs (including Excel)
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions
  • A comfort when working with numbers, we use them a lot!
