Global Data & Tech Strategy Director 

About the Role: 

We are looking for an individual who will be creating and implementing a Data & Tech Strategy for Global TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company), Audience Planning. Support the Global Audience Planning Lead in: 

  • Developing global data and tech strategy that fits into the TCCC Global Audience Planning processes and framework.
  • Devising OU-specific data and tech strategies tailored to the regional and local data and tech landscape, working closely with OU SMEs and clients.
  • Designing and championing global-led Audience products, by auditing and selecting optimal data and platform providers, based on prioritised use cases.
  • Working closely with and staying connected to the WPP and EM data and tech communities to leverage proprietary and industry solutions to ensure alignment.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest and innovative industry data and tech trends.
  • Developing effective data and tech Product Marketing material, translating complex data and tech solutions into simple illustrative solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting and enabling test and learn agendas working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing data and tech vendor relations
  • Collecting and collating best practices and case studies from across the OUs.
  • Devising Audience Effectiveness Framework, aligning with the global experimental principles, and facilitating the implementation of the measurement and tracking.

  

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience: 

  

  • Data and Audience productization experience
  • Hands-on experience in DMP, DSP, SSP, and CDP.
  • Experience in or good understanding of cleanrooms (such as LiveRamp, Habu, Infosum, Snowflake, etc.). Data collaboration and syndication knowledge are desired.
  • Experience in working on both online and offline datasets. This could include but is not limited to panel-based surveys, transactional, geo, retail, mobile, TV, social, CRM, and brand-owned data sets.
  • Good understanding of or experience working with data providers such as Experian, Acxiom, Merkle, Epsilon, Nielson, YouGov, TGI, GWI, comScore, and Geo, retail, location and transactional data providers.
  • Good understanding or experience in ID solutions and building ID graphs using people-based, MAIDs, IP, and Devices.
  • Analytical-minded and have experience in developing audiences or other types of effective reporting.
  • Good understanding of how the audience planning process can support the media planning and buying cycle, from comms planning to audience creation, through to creative and activation, and ad operations and measurement.
  • Collaborative experience in data science and custom research
  • Experience in using AI to improve audience planning efficiency.

  • An analytical mind, always questioning the data and outcomes.
