Job Title: Media Integration Lead

The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) Global Studio X team

 

Reporting to: Global Digital Lead

 

Job Purpose: Drive seamless integration of marketing communication disciplines (creative, CRM, social, etc.) around media in regions around the world.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Lead Global Media Integration projects (together with global specialism development teams) across 8 regions:
    1. Develop Media Integration project roadmaps (with the Head of Media Capability Integration).
    2. Align Media Integration project roadmaps with all necessary stakeholders on a global and regional level.
    3. Together with respective stakeholders work on integration project detailed deliverables (processes codification, RACIs, templates to be utilized, etc.)
    4. Consult with regional teams regarding tailoring globally created materials to regional nuances.
    5. Control of timely and complete delivery of projects per each milestone (organization-wise).
    6. Coordination of local deployment of Integration projects per region.
    7. Collect feedback from regional teams during and after the process of project roll-out.
    8. Pull in and socialize Media Integration projects success story case studies across broader organisations in WPP and TCCC.
    9. Report to a respective global project client stakeholder on project progress.

Required Skillset:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead global projects and cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Proven capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and navigate diverse and changing environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with a history of working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to align project roadmaps with stakeholders on global and regional levels.
  • Strong project management skills (project timelines planning, control of contributors, coordination of deployment, timely and complete delivery, etc.)
  • Ability to independently develop and assess detailed project deliverables, including processes, RACIs, and templates.
  • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing feedback from multi-disciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in various media channels, including traditional, digital, and emerging platforms, to effectively leverage each channel's strengths in communication strategies.

Relevant Past Experience:

  • Extensive background in leading complex global projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive organizational change.
  • Experience in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to achieve project objectives.
  • Strong history of adapting global strategies to fit regional requirements and cultural nuances.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and deliverables across diverse geographical regions.
  • Success in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.
  • Expertise in collecting and analyzing feedback to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
