Responsibilities:

  • You are passionate about building and operating complex distributed systems at scale
  • You can collaborate on a team to design and build the next generation of our large scale cloud offering
  • Engage with multiple service owners across the platform to teach and implement modern observability and monitoring paradigms
  • You are enthusiastic about making users happier every day
  • You are expected to be a self-starter, innovative and always looking for new ways to contribute to the team

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Distributed Systems, Networking, RESTful API, Machine Learning
  • Experience with Unix, Kubernetes, Go and Docker
  • Experience with SRE concepts like observability & SLOs, CICD pipelines, and automation of workflows with tools such as Git & Bash
  • You have strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of ETL pipelines, Unit Testing and Integration Testing, software architecture, software refactoring

Note:

Base Pay Range

Poland

Base Pay: PLN 136,000.00 - 187,000.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
