Global Partner GTM Strategist
Responsibilities:
- Track and report all-up partner performance & profitability, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring continuous growth and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment & execution against the target metrics.
- Monitor the progress of programs implemented, addressing any challenges and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Build, land & monitor a holistic partner capacity model that supports overall biz. growth strategy, identifies partner capacity gaps, supports development of targeted growth plans, and ensures alignment between partner coverage and our long-range plans.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of prior global alliances and channel sales experience, including channel strategy, business development, solution selling and/or partner sales in Enterprise Software or Cloud Services business.
- Strong problem-solving & data/analytical skills
- Ability to straddle b/w strategy & last mile of execution with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working within diverse indirect partner sales channels
- Strong executive presence, including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to both large and small audiences.
- Extensive experience running virtual teams across functions and geographies
- Ability to embrace change, drive business transformation, and contribute to the overall success of Splunk
- This is a Senior individual contributor role. Travel up to 25%

OTE Pay Ranges
For sales roles the ranges are expressed as On Target Earning or OTE (OTE = base + incentives in the form of sales incentive plans).
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
On Target Earnings: $196,000.00 - 269,500.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), New York (excludes NYC Metro Area), and all other states.
On Target Earnings: $196,000.00 - 269,500.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the On Target Earnings (OTE) range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the OTE pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to OTE, this role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
