Position scope:
The Shuffler Studio Manager (SStM) is responsible for ensuring the smooth, integrity compliant, and efficient operation of all shuffling activities within the studios.
The SSM oversees SH Team Managers, Shuffler Supervisors, Shufflers and Data Validators on shift, coordinates workflow, maintains quality standards, and ensures uninterrupted game integrity for Live Casino operations.
The role combines:
- Operational leadership;
- Quality and integrity assurance;
- People management;
- Incident response;
- Reporting and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises, motivates and coaches the Shuffler Team Managers and their activity;
- Safeguard Game Integrity and Shuffle Quality by monitoring the shuffle process, along with Shufflers’ distribution across studios and their behavior inside the premises;
- Monitors shuffler’s general performance and address any issues with their Team Manager;
- Enforces Company rules and facility policies;
- Plans, develops, and recommends implementation of strategies for improvement of the Shuffler Department operations;
- Identifies individual and team development needs and assists the Shuffler Team Managers in improving;
- Ensure that Department’s strategic objectives are met through effective oversight and guidance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager;
- Strong performance record and understanding of quality expectations;
- Experience with QC tools, OCR tools, incident reporting, is an advantage;
- Strong understanding of shuffle workflows, procedures, and Live Casino operational standards;
- Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive operations;
- Ability to make immediate decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Analytical skills for reading dashboards (Tableau, POWER BI), KPIs, and logs;
- Excellent communication and escalation discipline;
- Leadership, coaching, and conflict-management abilities;
- Attention to detail, fairness, and integrity under pressure;
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to act quickly;
- English communication skills (written and verbal).
