ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in hiring Marketing and Operations roles within a fast-paced, international environment.
This role is critical to scaling our global marketing, and operational teams, supporting functions such as B2B Marketing, Brand & Communication, Events & Merchandise Project Management and Operations. You will partner closely with CMOs, COOs, Heads of Marketing, Operations Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to attract and secure high-impact talent who can thrive in complex, high-growth environments.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Marketing and Operations roles, including (but not limited to):

 - Events coordinators, Content Marketing Managers, Internal Communications Manager, Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Social Media Managers, Video Editors and Marketing Promotion Coordinators

 - Project Managers, Live Casino Operations Coordinators, Lobby Managers

  • Partner closely with senior Marketing and Operations leadership to understand workforce plans, strategic priorities, and evolving role requirements.
  • Contribute to shaping the global hiring strategy for Marketing and Operations functions.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across international markets, tailored to both creative and operational talent.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, market mapping, and headhunting approaches.
  • Assess candidates for role-specific capability, commercial mindset, and cultural alignment.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with clear, consistent communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a true recruitment partner.
  • Collaborate with HR, Reward, and Finance teams to structure competitive and compliant offers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, hiring manager satisfaction, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure all hiring activity complies with internal policies and local/global employment regulations.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with specialist marketing, creative, and operations recruitment agencies when required.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for ARRISE, representing our culture and values in every market.
  • Stay up to date on marketing, creative, and operations hiring trends, providing market insight and recommendations to leadership.
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on Marketing or Operations roles.
  • Experience working in both agency and in-house recruitment environments is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record hiring a wide range of roles, such as:

 - Brand Marketing, Content & Creative roles

 - Operations Managers, Project Managers

  • Experience with international and cross-border hiring, ideally across Europe or multiple regions.
  • Strong sourcing capability using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Behance, Dribbble, Meta, Google communities, niche marketing forums, and creative networks.
  • Comfortable managing multiple live roles while maintaining high standards for delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link hiring outcomes to business growth and operational performance.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders when needed.
  • Experience working with recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, candidate NPS, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience using ATS platforms—Jobvite experience is a bonus.
