Role Description: As a Game Host at ARRISE, you will be the dynamic face of our company, delivering expert knowledge and exceptional gaming experiences. You will embody the ARRISE brand by showcasing professional presentation and engaging gameplay, driving player interaction and enhancing the overall gaming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Coaching, training and guiding new Gameshow Hosts (Minimum 5 days of Training).
- Keeping track of Gameshow Hosts assigned and proactively working to improve their KPIs and work ethics.
- Reporting to hierarchic superiors any kind of relevant feedback regarding Gameshow Hosts and their needs.
- Holding warm-up and practice sessions with the Gameshow Hosts to improve specific skills by case.
- Ensuring that Gameshow Hosts have all the necessary knowledge regarding the most updated standard operating procedures, especially in regards of evaluating expectations.
- Accurate end of training reporting.
- Positively enforcing product standards and encourages the staff to enhance their abilities to perform at the best of their potential.
- Performing relevant workshops for employees.
- Keeping the confidentiality of the information regarding equipment and the company.
- Using the existing resources only for the company’s interest.
- Complying with legislative measures, working procedures and internal regulations.
- Informing the line managers about any deficiency or events observed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), minimum B2 level
- Confident and engaging presenter, able to deliver speeches, trainings, or performances in a compelling manner
- Proficient in PC work, including Microsoft Office suite
- Self-starter with the ability to motivate individuals toward success
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
- Prior involvement in the Gameshows project is considered an advantage
