To support our continuous growth worldwide, we need motivated and responsible Senior Field System Administrator to join our team.
About the role:
We are looking for a Junior Field System Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sys-admin or it support career who wants hands-on experience supporting production systems in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
What you would be doing:
- Monitor servers and services using Zabbix and Grafana
- Respond to alerts and escalate incidents when required
- Perform basic Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration tasks
- User account management in Active Directory (on-prem/cloud-based)
- Provide desktop and user support
- Follow guidelines and operational procedures
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks
- Document issues and solutions clearly
What makes you a strong candidate:
- Basic knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu)
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian language
- Basic understanding of Windows Servers and Active Directory
- Fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Good communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with monitoring tools is a plus
- IT-related degree or certification is a plus
- Experience in a 24/7 or support environment is plus
- Basic scripting knowledge is a plus
