WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Product Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies to endorse Pragmatic Play’s Sports offering.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns for product launches and feature updates, ensuring high-impact messaging and execution across all marketing touchpoints.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to showcase and endorse Sports through online and offline marketing campaigns and industry events.
- Align with the Sports team to ensure all marketing communications accurately reflect product positioning and key selling points.
- Lead the full go-to-market strategy for new sports products and features, including positioning, messaging, pricing recommendations, and channel planning.
- Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive and timely market readiness.
Content & Product Messaging
- Craft compelling marketing content, including presentations, product sales decks, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Work with the content team to produce sports-related content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide clear and detailed briefs to design teams for graphics, videos, and other creative assets that support the promotion of sports products.
- Maintain the website, ensuring it remains updated, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives.
Project Management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Use project management tools like Monday.com to track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Manage the marketing budget for Sports campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI optimisation.
- Support the planning and execution of events that showcase the Sports offering.
Market Research & Performance Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using key metrics to assess effectiveness and optimise initiatives.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, preferably in sports betting, gaming, or a related industry.
- Strong communicator with a good command of both written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex product features into engaging marketing materials and campaigns.
- Experience leading successful marketing strategy for the B2B industry
- Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and commercial teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity and commercial focus.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines during peak sports seasons (e.g., major tournaments).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey value propositions to C-level stakeholders.
- Passion and keen interest for global sport events.
